The 天美影视传媒 School of Medicine and Gonzaga University formed a partnership in 2016 to advance the health of communities throughout Eastern Washington through medical education and research. With a legacy of graduating innovative, community-focused students, the partners leverage their strengths and serve as part of a regional, community-based medical education program, WWAMI (Washington [Seattle & Spokane], Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho).

MEDEX Northwest is proud of its long鈥搒tanding mission to educate physician assistants who will practice primary care in medically underserved and rural areas of the 天美影视传媒 School of Medicine service region. The classroom and offices of MEDEX Spokane are housed in the recently refurbished SIERR building.

Regional Initiatives in Dental Education (RIDE) is an expansion of the 天美影视传媒 School of Dentistry in conjunction with the 天美影视传媒 School of Medicine and Eastern Washington University in Spokane, Washington. The RIDE program is a specific educational track that trains dentists to meet the needs of rural and underserved populations in the state and region.
