Student Aid Tuition and Fees Costs

Line Setup
罢丑别听Setup聽modal displays the聽Description. The specific sub-object code for Tuition and Fees (08-05) will have automatically pre-populated.
罢丑别听Cascade Entries聽checkbox will be checked if 鈥淐ascade entries on non-salary items鈥� was selected.
础苍测听Notes聽associated with this line item will display.
Update Periods
Values entered for the聽Description聽and the聽UW Sub-Object Code聽display for reference.
The name of the period and its date range will display at the top of the period column.
The following values display for each period:
- Academic Quarter Tuition Rate
- Number of Academic Quarters
- Academic Tuition Amount
- Summer Quarter Tuition Amount
- Increase % (Academic & Summer)
- Total Tuition
The overall total for the line item displays in the Summary ($) column at the far right.
