The聽Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs Educator Development Initiative (GEAR UP EDI) fosters college awareness and readiness for low-income middle and high school students by providing a variety of programs targeted to educators.

GEAR UP EDI serves 8,000 students in 33 schools and 27 school districts throughout Washington state.

GEAR UP EDI workshops are designed to encourage dialogue and collaboration among middle, high school, and post-secondary faculty and staff.
