The ÌìÃÀÓ°ÊÓ´«Ã½ is among the best universities in the world, according to the published by Times Higher Education.

The UW moved up three positions to tie for No. 26 with Northwestern University. The UW maintains its position as fourth among U.S. public institutions — behind UCLA, UC Berkeley and the University of Michigan — that it has held for the last seven years.

This judges 1,799 research-intensive universities from 104 countries across all their core missions: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook. The rankings  to provide comprehensive and balanced comparisons that they say are trusted by students, academics, university leaders, industry and governments.
