This is the central question posed by artist and curator Astria Suparak in her illustrated lecture听Asian futures, without Asians.听This presentation is the work鈥檚 Pacific Northwest premiere and will be followed by a discussion with 天美影视传媒 professor Chandan Reddy.听

Katherine Sim贸ne Reynolds: A Warning Resting in the Distance, presented by The Black Embodiments Studio听

The听and听听(BES) are pleased to present听Katherine Sim贸ne Reynolds: A Warning Resting in the Distance, an exhibition centered on how Black women feel in the face of danger, whether that danger is known for certain or merely speculated. Featuring photography, video, installation and sound works by Katherine Sim贸ne Reynolds, the exhibition considers how different kinds of information influence the way we relate to our surroundings. A recorded exhibition walkthrough with a talk by Reynolds will also be available to view via BES social media channels.
