Statutory Authority for Adoption and Statute Being Implemented:聽 RCW 28B.20.130 and RCW 49.60.040
Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules:聽 The 天美影视传媒 currently has an emergency rule in effect, and this proposal is to make permanent those recent updates to the university鈥檚 definition of “service animal” in WAC 478-128-020 to align with the updates to RCW 49.60.040 concerning service animals.
