Now in its eighth year, the Chronicle鈥檚 2015 Great Colleges to Work For庐 program recognizes small groups of colleges (based on enrollment size) for specific best practices and policies. The UW was specifically recognized for collaborative governance and compensation and benefits 鈥� making it one of 10 large universities honored in both categories.

Approximately 500 UW faculty and staff were randomly surveyed by the Chronicle and asked to evaluate the university on a variety of categories.
The UW is one of 86 colleges and universities honored across the United States in areas that include leadership, careers, compensation and workplace culture.
