A team of computer scientists led by Tadayoshi Kohno, an assistant professor of computer science and engineering at the ÌìÃÀÓ°ÊÓ´«Ã½, and Stefan Savage, an associate professor of computer science and engineering at the University of California San Diego, have conducted an experimental study of security in modern automobiles.

UW doctoral student Karl Koscher will present the peer-reviewed paper “Experimental Security Analysis of a Modern Automobile” on Wednesday in Oakland, Calif. at the .
