Immunizations are required 3 weeks into your first quarter, except for incoming summer students. Incoming summer students’ records are due at the end of Summer Break. See the table below to find your vaccination deadline. If you do not satisfy your immunization requirements, you will receive a registration block and will not be able to register for courses for your second quarter, unless you request a? in time.

Note: Exchange students who are only enrolled for one quarter are not required to fulfill the UW General Immunity Requirements.
Submit your vaccine records
Students are responsible for submitting their vaccine documents as proof themselves. Carefully read and follow the steps on the Immunization Requirements website to submit your records for verification in the Med+Proctor portal.

In partnership with the Husky Health Center and the UW Immunity Verification Program, CIRCLE offers several vaccine clinics for international students at the start of the academic year. Vaccines received at these clinics should be covered by your international student health insurance ISHIP or GAIP. Sign up for any one of the following vaccine clinics that works for you.

Immunization tips for students from China:
- China does NOT offer meningitis ACWY vaccines. Schedule a vaccine appointment at UW Husky Health Center or attend one of our vaccine clinics during International Welcome Programs.
- To fulfill your measles and mumps vaccination requirements, you can get a blood test at your local International Travel HealthCare Center (国际旅行卫生保健中心).
