UW Seattle鈥檚 physical campus development is governed by a campus master plan approved by both the City of Seattle and the UW Board of Regents. Current development around campus subscribes to the rules set in the 2003 Campus Master Plan. UW is in the process of updating the plan per the rules in the City-University Agreement and with help from a wide variety of stakeholders, including the City University Community Advisory Committee. The plan addresses future development within the Seattle campus (major institution overlay) boundaries.
The draft 2018 Campus Master Plan and draft EIS 听are now available. A 45-day comment period has opened and will close November 21.
